APARTMENT in TBILISI Koko

A comfy apartment in the suburbs of the city, perfect if you don’t need tourist attractions and are looking for a quiet family stay overnight. ❤️ There is a nice park nearby with a good playground, as well as plenty of supermarkets and pharmacies within easy reach. 🌳 The hosts were very friendly and always in touch. They met us in person to give us the keys and made check-in super easy. 🙏🏼 The apartment itself felt very homely. Even the entrance had a familiar smell that reminded me of childhood visits to my grandmother’s flat - a very sweet and comforting detail. The flat had everything we needed, including towels, a drying rack, and good Wi-Fi. Check-out was also simple - we just left the keys in a lockbox, which was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, especially for a quiet family trip. 💫💫💫

These are not really negative points, just a few things future guests may want to keep in mind. 🩷 ☑️ The elevator is paid, which is quite common in Georgia - it costs 10 tetri. ☑️ There is a large dog living near the entrance. It sometimes barks and chases cars, but it does not approach people and does not bite. In general, it actually seemed quite friendly. 🐶 ☑️ Parking around the apartment was a bit difficult, and we had to drive around a few times to find a spot. However, this may have been due to unusually heavy traffic in the city that day because of the Kanye West concert. ☑️ Please also note that the price changes depending on the number of guests. I initially booked the apartment for myself and two children, but later realized my husband would join us as well. I informed the host via Booking.com messages and asked if this would affect the price. The total increased from 93.50 to 160 GEL. Personally, I felt this was a bit too overpriced for one night in this flat in this location, but we didn’t have time to look for alternatives, so we accepted the offer and overall did not regret! 🩷

"I stayed there for a week. The area is quiet, and the apartment is very clean and tidy. The owner of the apartment is a respectful, polite, very friendly, and extremely helpful man. The internet is available at all times. The least that can be said is that the accommodation is very comfortable and offers privacy. I recommend the experience, and if I get the chance again, I will definitely choose it."

Every thing was perfect

Mieszkanie położone bardzo blisko stacji metra. Podróż do centrum Tbilisi zajmuje ok. 15 minut. Bardzo miła właścicielka, która nie mówi po angielsku, ale jakoś dogadaliśmy się trochę po rosyjsku i na migi. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzebne i jest czysto. W kuchni jest kawa, herbata, cukier i podstawowe przyprawy - pieprz i sól. Mieszkanie jest odpowiednio duże dla dwóch osób, wygodne łóżko, klimatyzacja, pralka, podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni, gdzie spokojnie można przygotować śniadanie. W pobliżu sklepy, piekarnia, stragany z owocami i warzywami.

Klatka schodowa w tragicznym stanie, pamięta chyba jeszcze czasy ZSRR, ale samo mieszkanie jest bardzo ładne i wyremontowane. Niestety właściciele nie mają na to wpływu i nie ma się co przerażać wyglądem wejścia do bloku. Brakowało nam lampek przy łóżku.
