A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Loved everything about the stay. Space was perfect for my 4 teenagers. Only challenge was the kitchen had the minimum of cooking dishes, baking sheets, and therefore preparing multi dish meals was a challenge. No corning wear, baking dishes, small turines, etc.

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday and this location was perfect. We did some local hiking and visited the beach. Cozy and spacious home with everything you need to from dining in and hanging out to just using it as a base while exploring the coast.

This home was such a lovely place for my family. A short walk from the gorgeous beach and sunset, so clean, and plenty of space. The hot tub was perfect for nightime star gazing. And a beautiful forest in the backyard so very private.
