I loved it so much, everything is so nice, good price, we had a good time, very safe and calm neighborhood, very close to the beach, very close to super good stores and restaurants, I will definitely come here next year, and I will definitely recommend it to a lot of people.

The process was flawless. Everything was perfect as described and the check in information was provided prior to our arrival and went smoothly. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

Several of us had difficulty with using the digital lock on the front door. Then the battery died. Luckily we had left the backdoor unlocked so we were able to re-enter quickly. The battery wasn't changed until the next day so we had to leave the back door unlocked. The AC wasn't cooling upstairs when we arrived. The thermostat downstairs read 77. The host sent an HOA manager and he blamed us because the wooden back door was ajar and because we had decreased the temperature on the thermostat. The door was ajar because the front door lock didn't work. The glass door to the back was closed however. The host sent a repair person who replaced the thermostat but the upstairs remained warm. We ended up purchasing 2 box fans for the upstairs rooms. The HOA manager said we all should consider sleeping downstairs. Um, no. The ceiling fan downstairs didn't work. I told the host that the upstairs bathtub was draining very slowly on Tuesday but didn't receive a response until I sent an additional message on Thursday when it had completely stopped draining. The bottom rack of the dishwasher didn't attach and would fall out when trying to load. When we pulled out the trundle bed there was trash under the bunk. I hate to be so negative with this review because the house itself was what we needed in terms of space (3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fenced in back yard) and location (2 blocks from beach) but we were plagued with issues most of the time we were there and it was stressful.
