There is no smoking or pets allowed in this unit. We love our pets but the building does not allow them : )
This is a direct oceanfront 1800 sq ft 4 bedroom/3 bathroom, 9th floor condo located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach with a large balcony. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with an in suite private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have two full sized beds each. The lockout unit (bedroom 4) is furnished with 2 queen beds and a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV and DVD/VHS player. In addition, the living room has a queen pullout couch. The unit features a large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the extensive amenities, which include a full gym, game room, and 5 pools including indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, indoor and outdoor kiddies' pools with a mushroom waterfall and bubbles, and a fun 170 ft lazy river. All pools offer gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean! Parking is located in the same building as the unit and provides the guest with 3 spots.

The Grand Strand boasts over 120 golf courses, many designed by such famous names as Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Tom Jackson, Pete Dye, Greg Norman, Tom Fazio and Davis Love, III. Myrtle Beach has been dubbed the 'Golf Capital of the World' by many. In addition, nearby shopping is available at the Coastal Grand Mall, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Attractions such as Alligator Adventure, Dixie Stampede, the Carolina Opry, The Palace, Hard Rock Cafe, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Ripley's Aquarium, Nascar Speed Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Bass Pro Shop, miniature golf, water parks, deep sea fishing, and river cruises are all just minutes away. The host was great and responded quickly. Love the location and space. Only thing I would change is the size of the televisions and probably add a Keurig. This is the 2nd time I've stayed in this exact condo and I do plan again for next year.

The inside of the property was spacious and exactly like listing. If the outside was like the inside it would have been better. AC not the best except the back room. We would probably not stay here again. No Outdoor PoolThe listing showed several nice pools. We were not told the two outside pools were under demolition with active construction happening. The inside pool was operable but the heater went out on it halfway through so it was too cold to swim in. And a couple nights the people in the hot tub were too inappropriate for our kids to be around so we had limited pool time. The beach shower rinse off was also not working one day. Neighborhood The property to the left and right were well maintained but the properties a few more buildings down were in disrepair. Some even boarded up. There was a lot of foot traffic outside and loud music. The overflow parking lot was across the street about a block away in a somewhat dark parking lot. CommunicationThe property manager responded to all messages in an appropriate time and was easy to work with. We were never told about the pool prior to arrival though. She did allow us to check in early. Maintenance did come in unannounced. Nothing was disturbed but a head’s up he would be there would have been nice. Check-inThe check in was exactly as described. You do have to go to another property 10 minutes away to get the keys. You can only can park 3 cars so we had to pay to park a car at the mini-mart across the street.
