Erdvės pojūtis, ežeriukas neraliai gražus, malonu, kad buvo pamerkta gėlių, nuostabi terasa, viskas apgalvota, aplinkui galima grybauti, žoliauti. Tinka 6-8 žmonėm patogiai gyventi. Nuostabu, kad yra du vonios kambariai, paprastai tokio dydžio namuose būna tik vienas, kas sumažina komfortą. Labai ramu, privatu, malonu vakare pasėdėti prie laužo.
Viskas puiku, tik truputį yra jausmas, kad esi pas žmones svečiuose. Patiems reikia išsivežti šiukšles į miestą.

Autentiškai restauruota sodyba. Estetika kaip kaime - patogumai kaip mieste: kondicionieriai, šiuolaikiškai įrengta virtuvė ir dušas su WC, patogios miegamojo lovos. Didelis išpuoselėtas kiemas. Sodyba apsupta miško, o miške privatus sodybai priklausantis ežeriukas. Ežero vanduo tamsus, nes durpėtas dugnas, tačiau vanduo yra švarus.
