Die Lage ist zur Biennale ( Giardini und Arsenale) gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist optimal.
Es gibt leider ein Abeasserproblem im Bad und im Garten.

Locale nuovo, pulito e con tutti comfort. Abbiamo trovato l'assistenza in loco, personale gentile ma.... abbiamo segnalato il mal funzionamento della doccetta del water (manca il bidet) il primo giorno, siamo rimasti x 5 gg. Non sono riusciti a risolvere il problema!!!!
non essendoci il bidet la doccetta era indispensabile ed il fatto che sia rimasta guasta è stato un notevole diasagio

- ruhige Lage abseits des touristischen Trubels - warm durch gute Heizung - Sauberkeit - Blick ins Grüne
- viel zu weiche Matratze - Moskitos im Zimmer bzw das Fehlen von Moskitogittern (das in der Kombination mit der Matratze machte Schlafen fast unmöglich) - Kaution, welche Misstrauen vermittelt - Dusche, welche beständig überläuft und dadurch eine Überschwemmung im Bad verursacht - zu wenig Toilettenpapier - seltsamer Geruch
