Struttura molto bella e accogliente con interni in pietra che lo rendevano molto caratteristico e suggestivo, a due passi dal centro di Ostuni. La posizione era perfetta: tranquilla ma a due passi dal centro, permettendoci di uscire a piedi ogni sera. Tuttavia, va segnalato che l’alloggio ha diverse scale in pietra e potrebbe non essere l’ideale per ospiti più anziani o con difficoltà motorie, quindi è un aspetto da considerare.
La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, non abbiamo dovuto comprare nulla. Unica cosa che manca è il congelatore, che sarebbe stato utile per una soggiorno prolungato come il nostro di una settimana. Per la colazione, inclusa nel presso, abbiamo trovato tutto in cucina: caffè, biscotti, fette biscottate, marmellate e altro che abbiamo mangiato per tutte le mattine.
Abbiamo inoltre amato il terrazzino che offre una stupenda vista sulla città e cenare sotto le lucine accese è stato bellissimo.
A parte il congelatore mancante, abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con il parcheggio: l'host ci aveva indicato un posto sotto casa riservato ai residenti, tranquillizzandoci che sarebbe andato tutto bene e che nei giorni a venire ci avrebbe poi dato un pass, cosa mai successa e ci siamo ritrovati una multa due giorni dopo. A detta sua, la multa era per un'ordinanza straordinaria del comune e non c'entrasse nulla con il parcheggio. Eppure non c'era scritto da nessuna parte, nemmeno sui siti e, nonostante i nostri incentivi a mandarci l'ordinanza per poterla leggere e capire quando sarebbe finita, l'host rimandava sempre e tutt'ora la stiamo aspettando. Questo ci ha fatto dedurre che non ci fosse nessuna ordinanza, e che la multa l'avevamo beccata ascoltando le rassicurazioni dell'host. In sintesi la gestione della situazione è stata un po’ confusa.
Alla fine l’host ha comunque gentilmente coperto la multa, ma consigliamo di parcheggiare altrove poiché abbiamo comunque trovato parcheggio molto facilmente, nonostante fossimo in pieno agosto, e con costi molto bassi.

Posizione perfetta a 5 min dal centro storico.
L'accomodation e' accogliente e caratteristica.
L'ambiente non e' molto ampio ma lo spazio e' funzionale e pulito.
La terrazza e' spaziosa, carina e ben illuminata, ma per accederla bisogna salire degli scalini in pietra (non adatto per chi ha problemi motori).
Comunicazione con il propretario e' ottima, veloce ed efficiente.

I had a wonderful stay here – the place had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The roof terrace was a real highlight – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on where to eat, what to see, and how to get around the area. Their local tips really made the trip smoother and more enjoyable.
