Our property is a beautiful, fully-furnished, professionally decorated model home. This Three bedroom, two-bath, 2+ garage, designer Villa has 1300+square feet of living space with an oversized screened lanai overlooking a tranquil lake surrounded beautiful oaks and green space. A perfect location in the Village of Fenney, with ample walking trails, archery center, putting course, and The Fenney Grill all within a quick 5 minute walk. This is a great location with 3 pools (a lap pool, family pool and neighborhood heated pool) in walking distance. We are also a quick golf cart ride to Brownwood, the new Evergreen Rec Center, Edna's music venue and the new Publix plaza, as well as numerous golf courses.

Full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, dishwasher and plenty of storage. Inside laundry room with new washer and dryer, WIFI and two flat screen TVs w/ cable. The house was on a quiet road next to a wooded area - very nice and private. Beautiful water view off of the back lanai. Would highly recommend this property.

The house was well cared for and decorated. The quite location was great when sitting out on the screen patio. The kitchen was well equipped.
