Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.
Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Pets: NO PETS permitted anywhere on the property. Violations will result in fines.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
Golf Cart NOT Provided. Be sure to make arrangements for a rental golf cart for your arrival.

This was a nice house with close proximity to everything. The only downside was that this was one of the least stocked home I've stayed in anywhere with only a 3 day limit of trashbags and dishwasher pods (it was stated in the listing), but it seemed silly since we were there five nights so we had to go out a buy everything for just 2 nights. I was also surprised that there was no shampoo or soap. There was also very limited kitenware and I couldn't find a dustpan or broom. Overall a nice home, these are just a few things that could have elevated the experience to align with my overall VRBO rental experiences.

Lovely home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We especially loved the Roman shower and the cozy lanai. Wonderful hosts. There is so much to do in The Villages. We can't wait to return.
