Beautiful and stylish renovated apartment in a perfect location in a quiet area of the port of Puerto de Mogan. The apartment has a nice terrace with comfortable terrace furniture and two sun loungers. Here you can relax and enjoy lazy days with views of the mountains and a beautiful garden.
The apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished and fully equipped, including internet, 55’’ smart TV with Norwegians and Internationals channels, air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. The apartment contains one bedroom with double bed, open living room and kitchen and one bathroom.
The cozy square is just around the corner, and the beach is just a stone's throw away. The golden sandy beach is sheltered, and offers clear and good sea water, and along the beach promenade are the restaurants close together. The picturesque village has modern shops and other facilities. In the harbor are countless large and small boats and beautiful sea sailors from all over the world. The tourist ferries to and from the nearby villages of Arguineguín and Puerto Rico have frequent departures.
Puerto de Mogan with Playa de Mogan is often called the Venice of the Canary Islands, due to the bridges and the flower-crowned canals with their harmonious idyll. Here there is peace and quiet. This is an idyllic resort where you will find whitewashed houses with colorful carvings, narrow streets and both flowers and trees grow in all colors and shades. The atmosphere is unique and has a distinct uniqueness.
Idyllic Puerto de Mogan is located southwest and has the most hours of sunshine and calm wind conditions - and stable temperature all year round. One of the world's 5 best climate zones according to the World Health Organization - WHO!
Visit Puerto de Mogan also in summer. It is not as hot as on the mainland of Spain and elsewhere in that area.
We rent for a minimum of 1 week at a time. Rent from weekend to weekend is preferred during the winter season.
Children up to 12 years are free.

Great location, great amenities within the apartment - the host has everything covered if you want to cook yourselves.
Beds comfy and firm. Air conditioning very good.
