LE PETIT CHAMPIGNY

Ottima posizione a 5 minuti da Saumur, immerso nella tranquillità, totalmente indipendenti, con telecomando per cancello elettrico, un intera piscina a disposizione per noi. Le informazioni per entrare e dove trovare le chiavi sono arrivate puntualmente quache giorno prima. Dopo che ci siamo sistemati, sono arrivati i proprietari, gentilissimi, ci hanno spiegato l'appartamento, dove era la lavatrice con disponibili tutti i detersivi. La cucina con tutto quello che serve, l'appartamento quando siamo arrivati era già fresco perchè avevano acceso il clima, visto le temperature alte che c'erano in quel periodo. Bellissimo lo spazio all'aperto anche per poter mangiare sotto il portico. Posizione strategica vicino alla zona dei castelli. Ottima anche la pizza fatta in casa dalla proprietaria. Sicuramente torneremo se passeremo in zona.

Très bon accueil par Céline, la propriétaire. Le chalet est parfait pour 4 personnes. La climatisation a été bien appréciée pendant la canicule. Tout est en parfait état, rien ne manque. La possibilité d'utiliser la piscine des propriétaires est un gros avantage; Le jardin à tendance exotique est très agréable avec de beaux éclairages le soir. Possibilité de commander de très bonnes pizzas préparés par Céline. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

Il faut bien chercher pour trouver quelque chose de négatif. Dans nos gites précédents il y avait en dépannage sel et huile. il n'y avait pas dans ce logement.

The property was very secure. There was good wifi and a smart TV. The patio was private and sunny late into the evening. There was also an electric charger for EV on the property as a very reasonable rate (although we didnt need it on this occasion). There was a pool in the owners garden next door which was for our use from 9-12 and 2-7pm. The pool was heated and very pleasant with loungers around surrounded by gardens.

The living part of the property has a table and upright chairs and the patio also has some garden type upright chairs. It would have been nice to have some more comfortable seating either indoors (little space for that) or maybe outdoors on the patio. There is a large dog in the owners property who mostly was kept out of the shared part but was alarming when encountered unexpectedly. During the pool hours, it would be good to make sure the dog is not in the garden, even if the owners are present.
