Vicinanza al supermercato e possibilità di parcheggio interno dato che in strada era difficile parcheggiare
La doccia troppo piccola per me che sono grande, materasso un po' troppo duro

Ampio appartamento molto comodo soprattutto se si vogliono trascorrere diversi giorni a Scilla. La possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto e la presenza della lavatrice e degli utensili da cucina ci hanno consentito di vivere la vacanza senza rinunciare ai comfort della propria casa. Un ringraziamento speciale a Roberta , sempre gentile e disponibile a darci suggerimenti e idee per trascorrere una bella vacanza.
Il materasso non è particolarmente comodo, dovrebbe essere sostituito. Inoltre abbiamo avuto difficoltà con la doccia, il box era rotto e, nonostante la presenza di una tenda, l'acqua fuoriusciva.

Casa molto accogliente, spaziosa zona giorno con cucina, tavolo, divano a L e grande TV, fornita di condizionatore come la camera da letto, anch'essa comoda e con armadio gigante. Lavatrice semi-nuova, molto utile. Terrazzino con tavolini e sedie da giardino e con una bella vista mare. Molto vicina ad un piccolo supermercato, al quale si può arrivare a piedi in meno di un minuto. A 10 minuti a piedi dell'ascensore comunale per scendere e salire in spiaggia (2€ ogni corsa).
Casa non molto pulita nel complesso, bagno piccolo e doccia in miniatura. Assenza di ascensore nel palazzo e posizione non eccellente (20 minuti a piedi dal mare con circa 400 scalini). Cuscini non molto comodi.
