Die Schlüsselübergabe war per Schlüsselbox, also ganz einfach. Der Gastgeber war immer gut zu erreichen unnd hat schnell reagiert. Wir mussten am letzten Tag nicht um 10h räumen, sondern konnten die Unterkunft noch den ganzen Tag nutzen, weil es nach uns gerade keine Buchung gab. Das war sehr großzügig. In der Küche sind Essig, ÖL, Salz, Pfeffer schon vorhanden. Ebenso Shampoo, Handseife, Toilettenpapier.

Das Licht könnte angenehmer sein, eine Nachttischlampe wäre schön. Die Küchenausstattung könnte ergänzt werden: Schneidebrettchen, Tablett (weil man oben auf dem Balkon ist und alles einzeln die Treppe hochträgt), Wasserkocher, Teekanne.

Right in the heart of the old town, in a very charming and authentic place with “Romeo and Juliet”–style little stairs. A tiny two-level apartment. Excellent location. Very easy communication and check-in. Water was provided, as well as coffee, shampoo, and shower gel. It felt like home — very cozy and comfortable. I really appreciated that I could contact them immediately and get a quick response and help, as we had an issue with parking the car. We arrived at an unfortunate time with heavy traffic and no available parking anywhere. It was a bit difficult to find the place from the top if it’s your first time there. However, the host provided perfect instructions and we managed to find it. I really loved the location of the apartment — literally on the second line by the sea. So cozy. I really, really liked it.

The hosts should provide clearer instructions about parking options. Another issue was that Genius Level 2 on Booking indicated that breakfast was included, which was disappointing, as the host told us it would not be provided and that it was a Booking error. They said they do not offer breakfast. This was actually one of the reasons we chose this place, so it felt misleading. A pity.

La casa è confortevole e ben disposta. La camera da letto è separata dalla zona giorno, al piano di sopra con un terrazzino molto intimo. Il divano è spazioso e comodo. Il bagno è dotato di tutto ciò che serve (bidet incluso). Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. Super consigliata!!

Mi è piaciuto poter dormire proprio a Chianalea. La camera da letto luminosa, al piano superiore. Il terrazzino sui tetti. L'abitazione pulitissima e provvista di ogni comfort.

La casa non è ben indicata, sarebbe stato molto semplice avere l'indicazione 'la prima casa, arancione, a dx sulla Scala del Bacio'. Non avevo neanche il codice per le chiavi (pensavo qualcuno mi aspettasse) . Sulla porta non c'è scritto Casa Chianalea. E pioveva. Sono occorse varie telefonate. Sarebbe stato inoltre decisivo avere l'indicazione del parcheggio a pagamento Giuseppe, solo 15€ al giorno! Proprio all'inizio della zona ztl. Insomma...fa parte dell'accoglienza facilitare i clienti. La strada sotto è sempre affollata di gente che passa e spesso parla a voce alta. Gli infissi chiudono bene, ma devono stare chiusi... Il costo un po' troppo alto.
