The location is fantastic, and we really appreciated that they kindly provided us with towels for the thermal baths. The apartments are comfortable and seem particularly well suited for longer stays. Everything was clean, well organised, and recently renovated.

The check-in process definitely needs improvement. Guests are given only a three-hour window for check-in, after which they have to collect the keys from a box. We arrived just 15 minutes after the end of the window (6:15 PM), but the code we were given was incorrect and nobody answered the phone. After almost an hour of trying different combinations, we eventually discovered that one of the numbers was wrong and managed to get in. Parking is also on the street, which can be challenging. We arrived during local festivities, so finding a parking spot was particularly difficult.

Hotel de charme idéalement situé pour visiter Luchon et partir en montagne. Personnel professionnel, aimable et présent pour rendre servive. literie confortable, salle de séjour spacieuse et cuisine bien équipée.

La vétusté de la porte de la salle de bain, des fenêtres bloquées, mauvaise insonorisation. Acceptable pour une nuit.

The location - we needed accomodation in Luchon, so it was ideally placed. The accomodation was absolutely fine.

I stayed here before when it was a proper hotel and I didn't realise it had been converted into self contained bed-sits/appartments. It was relatively expensive for one night but I didn't mind when I booked because I really enjoyed my previous stay but the ambience is completley different and the breakfast is basic. Fine for what it is just don't expect the grandeur of the hotel it once was.
