Le professionnalisme et l'amabilité du personnel, le lieu calme au centre de Luchon. L'atmosphère feutré de l'hôtel. Les repas du soir sont de qualité. La piscine est idéale après des randonnées. On apprécié particulièrement l'accueil 24h sur 24, prestation qui a tendance à disparaître dans de nombreux autres hôtels de cette catégorie

It was a clean hotel with very good facilities and friendly staff. Catered for our bicycles as we were bike packing. Swimming pool always a bonus
Rooms are a little cramped, as were the bathroom and toilet ( in which the light didn't work). Oh! And the room door had an almighty creaking sound every time it was opened and closed. Very annoying, especially as a simple spray of oil would easily fix it.
