Muy buena impresión. Todo estaba limpio, ordenado y sin ningún problema durante la estancia. El desayuno incluido es un gran punto a favor, muy cómodo y completo. El personal fue extremadamente amable: llegamos más tarde de lo previsto y, aunque el check-in era hasta las 22:00, nos esperaron hasta casi las 23:30, lo cual agradecemos mucho. Además, la ubicación es muy buena, a solo unos 15 minutos en coche de la estación de esquí de Cerler.

Trato familiar y dedicación a los huéspedes por parte del personal muy atento y educado.
Me gustó todo, quizá un poco complicado aparcar en la puerta del hotel.
