The Property:

on location 24/7. Private pool area for completely relaxing after an action packed day at the theme parks or for fun and games pool side for the day. You can extend the fun and games to your very own games room within the home, great for families to keep everyone entertained day and night. You will not be disapointed staying in our beautiful villa and we are sure you will want to come back every time you visit Orlando....
Only minutes from Disney Parks and Orlando’s other famous theme parks, guests will also find the home convenient to restaurants, shopping, and more.
NOTE:
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.
In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

This is the second time i have stayed at this property. It is well equipped and in a great location. The rooms are spacious. It is a home from home.

The location of the property was great! Close to disney parks and old town. There is not need to take I-4. The house was cleaned, well decorated, and had a lots of things to make the stay more pleasant like fans for the pool area, baby playpen, a safe, pool table, hockey table and etc... will definitely rent again.

The pictures do not do this property justice. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. My family was so happy with the house and all 8 of us fit comfortably here. Our only issue was that there were no beach supplies which wasn’t a big deal because it’s not near the beach but if I knew that prior I would have packed some. I highly recommend this property and the hosts. I had to change my dates a few times and they were very flexible and accommodating
