Зручне ліжко, є телевізор, микрохвильовка, все є. Немає проблем із заїздом та виїздом
Мало місця, куди положити речі. Ще відсутність великої поверхні для приготування їжі, але це, мабуть би, і на ціну вплинуло, вона була б більша

Дуже класне житло на одного-двох людей. На одного краще. Мені було зручно. Все необхідне є, трошки приміщення полупідвальне, без вікон, що зараз прям дуже актуально. Місце просто вогонь, все поруч. Ланжерон, оперний, вокзал.

Розташування супер! Посуд, техніка, фен, рушники, мило та інші дрібнички. Загалом враження позитивне після проживання. Безконтактне заселення. В день виселення була змога залишитися на довше в помешканні.
Із "мінусів" можна виділити погану плиту(дуже погано і довго гріє), морозилка, і чистота на 7,5/10
