Зручне розташування , поруч з залізничним та автовокзалом . Нічью було тихо .
Погана звукоізоляція , було чути сміх та голос за стіною . Треба міняти душ кабіну та змішувач . Уся мебля убита та розвалюється в руках .

Житлом залишилися дуже задоволені. Тихий дворик у центрі Одеси. У пішій доступності пляж, центр, вокзал, Привіз. Хоча ми прибули дуже рано нас зустріли та оселили. Весною плануємо знову до Одеси. Із задоволенням зупинимося у Олени.

Поруч є все що треба, близько до пляжу бо гарне розташування. Приватна ти приємна господарка. В номерах є кухонне приладдя, побутові прилади, питна вода- фактично все що треба. Ліжко велике та зручне, спальня достатньо простора. Враження виключно позитивні.
Єдиний мінус може бути трохи душнувато але відчинені на провітрювання вікна це нівелюють.
