Кондиціонер треба налагодити, думаю треба почистити

Легко знайшли адресу, 10 хв пішки від вокзалу. Власниця - приємна пані, зустріла, все показала-розказала, передала ключі. В помешканні є все для проживання - кухонне приладдя, посуд,всього вистачало. Квартира хороша. До Привозу 15 хв неспішним кроком, там є Сільпо і АТБ, є магазинчики поряд.

Привітна власниця, хороша локація, море +- 15 хв, залізничний вокзал і центр теж піша доступність. Температуру в квартирі можна решюгулювати.
В одній кімнаті немає вікна, в іншій вікно виходить на дах. Була проблема закрити двері зсередини, ззовні теж треба прикласти немало зусиль.
