Mi ha colpito la disponibilità del gerente: a una mia semplice "boutade": "Peccato che la luce del bagno sia fredda!" la sera al rientro aveva sostituito la lampadina con una più adeguata. Inoltre l'ho avvisato di aver spento il riscaldamento (per non consumare e inquinare inutilmente) poiché non sarei rientrato prima delle 23, ebbene lui lo ha riacceso (di sua iniziativa) un'ora prima del mio rientro, cosicché ho trovato la stanza calda: bravo! La camera mansardata, molto grande e con le travi a vista: magnifica; il bagno adiacente anch'esso molto ampio.
