Cheaper than going directly to Estrela, nicely furnished etc
You don’t get the trimmings i.e. breakfast included, towels for pool and underground garage parking than if you book an Estrela owned apartment.

the view washing machine very helpful in door pool and sauna great
the bedding was terrible until 2nd last day when they finally bought proper bedding ,needed more toilet roll. better towels , needed more rubbish bags, coffee table would be nice

the location and resort
on arrival - missing item of bedding. had to request a sheet.
could have been water/milk and welcome provided. had to report hanging light fitting in bedroom - repaired two days before leaving.
clothes airer rusty - no pegs
