Televisión inexistente, no se puede ver. Lavadora anda sola cuando lava. Un colchón individual se clavaban los muelles. Bombillas fundidas Mosquitos asesinos 😂

La posizione molto vicina alla spiaggia e hai negozi

Ha bisogno di essere curata un po’ di più… la lavatrice non ha funzionato anche se il tecnico è venuto a controllare la porta. Wi fi non funziona …non essendoci il clima abbiamo utilizzato i ventilatori che abbiamo pulito perché erano pieni di polvere Biancheria ok … il materasso in una delle camere era sporco… Stendino arrugginito

Convenience to beach and cafe. Hot water shower, local cats visiting. Lots of cutlery and crockery was great.

A few items a bit tired and need repair - remote control, dining table. Coffee mugs or larger cups would be a good addition

I liked the town of Luz, where the property is located, and the fact that the apartment had three separate rooms. Another plus was that the apartment was freshly cleaned – although unfortunately this meant we could only collect the keys after 4pm and in a different town, and the strong smell of cleaning chemicals inside was overwhelming.

I definitely do not recommend this property. The check-in process was completely absurd – even though the apartment was located just around the corner from my previous stay in Luz, I was forced to travel all the way to Lagos just to collect the keys. This cost me €30 for a round-trip Uber, and once I got there I had to wait another 30 minutes in line. To make matters worse, I was only informed about this ridiculous procedure one day before arrival. Had I known earlier, I would never have booked this place. I reported the situation, but received no compensation. The owners clearly deal with so many clients that they simply don’t care about individual guests. The apartment itself was one of the ugliest places I’ve stayed in Portugal. The furniture looked like a random collection of pieces gathered from neighbors, the kitchen was poorly equipped (not even basic things like salt or sugar), and the “terrace” was dirty, furnished with cheap plastic chairs that made it impossible to enjoy. Perhaps the standard in Luz is generally this low, but for the price I paid I would definitely look for something else.
