The apartment is quite new and is very nicely appointed. There is a big telly and good internet, a narrow balcony is available with seating and direct access to the garden/pool. The kitchen facilities work well and there is a washing machine. The apartment is very close to the beach and the mains centre of Luz. There is underground parking.
The road which the apartment is on is fairly busy so it can be noisy at times. The pool area is a bit small as is the balcony, when we ere there there was little breeze so it can get very warm! We found that the balcony door did not lock which was a concern (the owner may have fixed this by now) especially as there is no safe. The stairs to the lower ground floor bedroom were very narrow!
