Bem localizado, próximo à restaurantes, mercado, praia e a galeria da Maranduba. Tem local para guardar o carro.

O local é bem localizado. Próximo a praia. Dá para ir a pé tranquilamente.
Infelizmente havia uma infestação de baratas vinda do banheiro. Até solicitamos trocar de quarto, mas fomos avisados de que nao havia quartos vagos. Tivemos que comprar um inseticida e manter o ralo do banheiro tampado com um pano, aliviou, mas as baratas ja tinham se espalhado pelo apartamento.
