Fantastic host, very accommodating. The property itself is great, every little thing is thought about, you really feel like at home and nothing to worry. Place was very clean and well maintained.
One thing to check - when more than 2 AC turned on at the same time sometimes the electrical supply network capacity doesn't cope and it shuts down and then reboots itself...

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation per whatsapp. Netter Vermieter hat uns vor dem Haus erwartet. Die obere Wohnung ist sehr großzügig mit Terrasse und Balkonen. Sehr gepflegte Wohnung und Grundstück.

La casa è molto bella, confortevole e pulitissima. Matteo ci ha accolto davvero bene e ci ha dato tanti suggerimenti per cenare nei dintorni. È una casa singola, dotata di tutto quanto può servire per soggiornare anche a lungo.
La casa è a 15 minuti da Fondi e a 15 minuti da Sperlonga. Potenzialmente è una buona posizione, in realtà è un po' troppo decentrata da come ce l'aspettavamo. Percorrere la strada per arrivarci, soprattutto di sera, può essere un po' impegnativo perché a tratti è parecchio al buio.
