La posizione rispetto al mare, allo stabilimento con ottima cucina a pranzo, la cordialità dei gestori . Ottime le stanze da letto, gli infissi e l'impianto di aria condizionata, nonché la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del giardino sebbene il cancello un pò stretto.
L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno si ristrutturare/ risistemare in particolare la cucina aggiornando i mobili - il rubinetto perdeva acqua sotto il lavello... Anche il giardino così. così... aveva gli ombrelloni vecchi, cuscinetti sulle sedie da cambiare, non era stato ben pulito ....peccato!
