L'alloggio è semplice ma molto curato ed offre un confortevole soggiorno per una famiglia di 4 persone. Lorenzo è stato molto operativo e pronto anche per piccole necessità sempre con garbo e affabilità. Consigliato per famiglie giovani e per chi ha buone gambe. L'alloggio è infatti in una posizione che con 20/25 min di passeggiata consente di raggiungere la spiaggia di Serapo o altri punti strategici della città.
Peccato che si trovi proprio davanti alcune officine che chiudono la vista del mare altrimenti meriterebbe una valutazione ancora più positiva ma non è certo una condizione migliorabile
