Now, in 2026, we look forward to welcoming you to the residential complex, which has undergone a complete and modern exterior renovation. New loggias with stylish glass railings and a modern exterior façade are just part of the transformation.
The cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment features a living-bedroom with a comfortable couch and chaise longue, coffee tables, a sideboard with a flat-screen TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a separate sleeping area with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 cm). Blackout blinds are installed in the living area for a comfortable night’s sleep.
The bright kitchen is well-equipped and features a dining area with a table by the panoramic window, offering a great view.
The shower room has been modernized and is equipped with a toilet, vanity, heated towel rack, hair dryer, and a large mirror.
A shared washer and dryer are available in the neighboring building (coin-operated).
There is ample parking on the property.
The bike racks at the house may also be used by guests.
The ocean view changes with the seasonal foliage.
