Das Wochenende in Kellenhusen hat sich sehr gelohnt, trotz dieser Unterkunft.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung wie auch die Lage sind sehr gut.

Bei der Buchung wurde uns nicht angezeigt, dass das Haus der Ferienwohnung renoviert wird. Zudem befand sich für 4 Personen gerade mal eine Klorolle in der Wohnung und es gab keine Küchentücher zum Abtrocknen. In der Information wird nur ausgewiesen, dass keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche vor Ort (ohne Aufbreis) vorliegen. Zudem war die Klinke der Badezimmertür kaputt, sodass man diese beim Verlassen des Badezimmers wiederholt in der Hand hatte und nicht mehr rauskam, ohne Hilfe einer anderen Person. Bei einer Einzelbuchung hätte dies ohne Handy auf der Toilette extreme Folgen gehabt. Bei der Abreise wollten diese Mängel melden, wurden aber sehr unfreundlich wieder nach draußen gebeten. Unser Anliegen durften wir nicht einmal mitteilen. So einen Umgang finden wir enttäuschend. Eine Buchung über diesen Vermieter kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage.
