This beautiful vacation rental owned by the Kniedler family is located right behind the dike, directly on the beach. It’s on the first floor and is wheelchair-accessible, making it ideal for people with physical disabilities.
In just a few steps, you’ll reach the Baltic Sea, the beautifully designed beach promenade, and the expansive beach.
The studio apartment is divided into a living area and a sleeping area.
In the sleeping area, a luxurious box-spring bed (sleeping height 75 cm) invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The bed is also equipped with two individually adjustable electric sections.
The living area features a large couch that can be converted into a cozy bed. A comfortable mattress topper is provided here.
The dining area, with a table and 4 chairs, is situated between the room divider and the patio window—another beautiful, bright spot to relax.
The apartment is ideally suited for 2–3 people.
Of particular note is the large bathroom with a walk-in shower, which was renovated in January 2026.
The apartment’s amenities also include a modern kitchen—newly installed in January 2026—with a dishwasher and a Senseo coffee maker, as well as a flat-screen TV.
The apartment features a large terrace with wooden flooring that spans its entire width. Two awnings, a table, chairs, and a sun lounger are available here for sunbathing.
At night, the apartment can be completely darkened using electric roller shutters. Ample parking is available directly in front of the apartment.
Upon arrival and after opening the shutters for the first time, you’ll have access to your own private entrance via the terrace, so you won’t have to walk through the building’s hallway.
Thanks to the vacation rental’s great location, you can already smell and hear the sea from the terrace. Wi-Fi internet access is available to guests!
