Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung, aber während der Bauphasen nicht zu benutzen

Sehr schöne Wohnung, in der man sich eigentlich rundum wohlfühlen kann

Es wurde zwar auf Einschränkungen wegen Bauarbeiten hingewiesen, aber es ist eine Unverschämtheit, die Wohnung während dieser Zeit zu vermieten. Auf „keine Aussicht“, kein Balkon, Lärm etc. haben wir uns eingestellt, aber man kann nicht - wie zugesagt - lüften und das war wirklich furchtbar. Außerdem war die Wohnung eiskalt und wurde gar nicht warm.

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit seinen Tücken

Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Strand und die Promenade war nur in paar Fuß Meter erreichbar

Aktuell herrscht an der Ferienwohnung eine Großbaustelle, wo die Fassade erneuert wird. Ab 8 Uhr herrscht dort riesiger Baulärm(Stammarbeiten usw) mit einem Kleinkind dort dann zu wohnen, ist nicht gerade förderlich. Das ist dann alles andere als Erholung.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Eine sehr gepflegte, ruhige, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung! Vom Balkon aus kann man sogar das Meer sehen und die Wellen rauschen hören. Die Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen. Badezimmer modern und sehr sauber. Alles in einen TIP TOP
