About this house rental

La Séjannerie is a comfortable country cottage set in its own large, secluded, garden - with your own heated swimming pool - in the middle of Lower Normandy. It has two double bedrooms (with Superking and King sized beds) and one bedroom with two single beds It is ideally located for your holiday in Normandy, whatever you want to see and do - sightseeing, sport, days out, or just lazing in the garden. There's plenty to keep everyone amused and happy whatever their age.

There's a comfortable lounge with large flat screen TV, 50 internet TV channels and an Amazon Firestick you can use. The house has ultrafast 1GB/s fibre internet and good wifi all over the property. A comfortable lounge with access onto the patio awaits you and there is a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer, plus kettles, coffee maker and toaster!

Our rental price includes bedding, towels and unlimited use of the internet. Electricity is also included, but we do not have facilties for - or permit - the charging of electric vehicles except bicycles.

We had an amazing time at la sejannerie. It's a great place to use as a base to explore Normandy as we had day trips to the war memorials and mont st Michel, both of which I highly recommend. We also visited some of the local attractions such as Zoo de Champrépus and Le Village Enchanté. Our best memories of this holiday came from using the pool and the grounds. We all had great days relaxing on the patio, getting in the pool and playing games in the huge garden. The house itself is well kept, and has everything you'll need for your stay, including fans in each of the bedrooms and plenty of British to European plugs.Theres even a selection of books. Outside there's pool toys, and garden games to use as well. Sam got in touch early and sent us details of the property which included things to do in the local area. From what supermarket to use, when local markets where on, and the best beaches to visit. When we arrived, we were me by Carrie who was very friendly and gave us a run through if the house. Overall we had an incredible first holiday in France, and this house played a big part in that experience.

We gad a great week staying at La Sejannerie. The setting is incredibly peaceful and the large grounds are perfect for the kids to run around and explore. We all loved the pool and the kids were on the trampoline morning, afternoon and evening! The house itself is very well equipped (the kitchen has everything you would need) and it made our stay in Normandy very comfortable indeed. Communication with the owner Sam was excellent and we would highly recommend.

Beautiful old farm house in huge garden. Great facilities with a pool, trampoline, Bbq and woodburner. No noise other than nature which makes it the perfect place to relax. Great communication from the owner and property management team.
