About this house rental
Nestled in the middle of the Normandy bocage, in a wooded, soothing environment cut off from the world, come and discover "The River", our farmhouse renovated in 2022.
Located near the Village of Reffuveille in the Manche, in the middle of the fields, you can recharge your batteries in our house and its 2600m² of wooded land.
Ideally located to visit the Channel and its surroundings (Mont Saint Michel, Granville, Fougères, Avranches, Villedieu les poêles, Caen and Cabourg, Saint Malo...).
The house has:
- A double height main entrance giving access to the first floor.
- 3 large bedrooms and an extra bedroom on the first floor (with private bathroom) as well as a sofa bed in the living room.
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- A large equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, an oven, induction hob, microwave and many equipment (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, crepe maker, plancha). The kitchen has a breakfast area with a table for 6 to 10 people
- A double living room with fireplace lounge area and dining room with 10-12 seats.
- A children's play area upstairs with books, games, blackboards...
- A reading area upstairs
- A large bathroom with toilet upstairs with a bath-shower and 2 sinks.
- A separate toilet on the first floor
- An outdoor terrace of about 35m² with table, chairs and barbecue

The house was very well equipped in the kitchen. Everything we needed. Very pretty location. We were disappointed with the cleanliness. The freezer was disgusting. Also house smelled like it should have been aired. We did ask for some fans due to the extreme heat but this couldn’t be accommodated. Some finishing touches would have been nice such as soap in the bathrooms and better towels.
