About this house rental
The ultimate contemporary estate to de-stress, unwind and recharge your well-being. Luxury hotel and spa experience without the crowd and traffic. It can accommodate multiple families and corporate retreats, providing private and shared spaces, allowing guests to come together and share, or retreat and relax. The residence is a five-minute drive to Punahou School and ten minutes to Ala Moana and another five minutes to the heart of Waikiki. Use the elevator to access the private pool and spa level of a split-level home designed by an acclaimed Honolulu Architect. The rental living area is approximately 6,500 sf. The top-level is may be used as an office or bedroom boasting floor-to-ceiling walls of glass opening to a private balcony featuring jetliner views of the city and ocean. The split level below the two-car garage is where the living room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom are located. The lower Pool level consists of three bedrooms and two large restrooms. All restrooms are equipped with bidet toilets. There is also a large bonus entertainment room with access to spa amenities consisting of an indoor whirlpool, steam room, dry sauna, and restroom. Space opens out to an infinity edgeless saltwater heated pool with an outdoor whirlpool and barbecue area. Swim in a one-of-a-kind fiber optic-lit pool bottom simulating shimmering stars as you overlook the city lights of Honolulu. Improve your circulation by relaxing in the dry sauna or steam room. While the sauna using dry heat will help relax and loosen your muscles, the steam room's unique health benefit is the humidity. Retreat to the master bedroom to relax in the infrared two-person sauna. Daily cleaning, towel change, and bed sheet change at additional cost.
The pool level has an acoustical multi sliding partition door that will completely separate the unit from the upper three floors for multi-family reunions. There is one large laundry room at the pool level and another at the living room level by the kitchen pantry.
There is a game room at the pool level which has a ping pong table and air hockey. A small Natuzzi sofa bed may be used in the room for resting between games. Popcorn machine to enjoy your favorite Netflix show to unwind the day.

We truly enjoyed the property and support we received during our stay. Words are not enough to express the views from this home. It is spacious, full of amenities and well maintained. If you are looking for a place to stay in Honolulu, this is and will remain on the top of my recommendation list for you!

I have to say, this is the most beautiful home that I have ever had the pleasure of staying in! It is truly a work of art and the view is bar-none! Eight of us stayed here for a week, including a toddler and a handicap adult. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it worked out that each family actually had their own floor! There were plenty of towels and pool towels, an umbrella for the beach, and two washers and dryers which was also nice! The elevator was just what we needed to easily access all of the floors. However, we did have trouble with it a time or two, and my father in law had to sit up in the entryway in his scooter and wait for someone to arrive to fix it. They were quick, maybe 20 minutes, but being stuck there was a bit frustrating. Why three stars? Well, I just feel the need to let future renters know that the house is a remarkable place for your family retreat, but it does come with a few "issues". First of all, the grid must be overloaded because not only did we have a problem with the elevator, but the pool lights wouldn't come on, the hot tub wouldn't work, the air would shut off (with no way to turn it back on), and you either had to wait for someone to come fix it, or just tough it out. We understand things happen, but not having air in the room that my baby was sleeping in rubbed this mama the wrong way, to say the least. One night, we also had a bug infestation. We were told to turn the lights off and leave the doors shut, but with a toddler and disabled adult, that’s hard to do. The last thing that just really bothered me was that all of the prior reviews stated how stocked the kitchen was. That was not the case for us. I had to reach out to Jack because there were only two spatulas, and no can opener, potato peeler, measuring cups, large pans to cook for 8 people, colander, or glass casserole dishes to even make brownies. These, if you ask me, are very very basic things every rental should have. He did send these things the next day, but there are many more things needed. This kitchen has the most pristine, top of the line appliances, and I didn't even have the proper utensils to go to town in it. That broke my foodie heart. Honestly, if you aren't avid cooks, and can deal with some unwanted creatures and a few electrical issues here and there, stay here! This house IS one of a kind, and the swimming pool and the whole outdoor area is absolutely something no high end resort can ever compete with!
