Cute little house that made the most of the space. Good location for all that we wanted to do in the area. It is the nicest house in an alley of small homes. Not a bad neighborhood, but not the greatest. Beware that the back yard is weedy. I don't know what it is about Sante Fe and weeds, but they are everywhere. We were disappointed that we couldn't use the front patio. The lavender plants are way overgrown making the patio space tight and there were tons of bees. Beware that the kitchen only has 2 barstools and if you can't use the outdoor dining space, this isn't an ideal place for more than 2 people. The BBQ was out of gas. There was an extra canister on the patio but it too was empty. I paid more than I wanted to on this rental because I wanted the outdoor space and a BBQ, so I was definitely bummed.

There is actually a fenced front area and fenced backyard, along with a park to walk to, such a perfect stay with a pet. The place was clean and comfortable, central AC along with ceiling fans in each room. As a heads up, the remote for the fan in the room with the big bed is in the window sill, took me a day or 2 to find :). Parking at the house was easy. Everything seemed within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Walking distance is subjective, for us suburbanites most things were a bit far for a walk.

This casita was exactly what we needed for our stay in Santa Fe! Very comfortable!

The house had a convenient location and was very homey and felt and safe. There were a couple comfort issues, such as the mattresses sloping towards the middle and the kitchen being out of salt. The biggest thing however was that there was a very strong odor coming out of the ducts that prevented us from enjoying the living area. We tried to avoid hanging out together inside. It seemed as though a small animal or rodent may have died. We contacted the property about this but never received a resolution despite several follow ups.
