We loved our stay here. The house itself was very comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 4 and dog. We enjoyed all parts to it - the bedrooms were nice, family room had a comfy couch, kitchen was big enough, and there was lots of light in the dining room and kitchen. It was nice to have a fenced backyard. The yard itself isn't great for throwing a ball to a dog or the dog running around, but at least our dog could go out there to use the bathroom. The only negative was having to pick up and drop off keys elsewhere. We stay at a lot of vrbos and that is not something you see anymore, most just have keypads. We would stay there again.

We were not visiting Santa Fe as tourists, but rather for a workshop. The house fit our needs well, as we wanted to bring along our dog for the long weekend. For others visiting to sightsee, it is a mile to Guadalupe, the start of downtown, along a nice walking path. We walked part of that, and also through the neighborhood. It's also not far to the Santa Fe airport.
The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The beds were comfortable and the sheets felt good. In general, the lighting throughout was dim. It seemed odd that there was no backyard light. There was a note to only leave it on for a few minutes, or a neighbor would complain--but we couldn't get it to light up at all, although there seemed to be a bulb in the socket. For safety's sake, we suggested that a plugin flashlight be positioned somewhere obvious near the sliding glass back door. Otherwise it's very hard to see your dog in the yard at night. The fence was adequate, but some dogs could probably figure out how to escape, especially at the gates.
We would rent the house again, if we were to return to Santa Fe.
