This modern whitewashed villa is located in a new residential development near the marina and the prestigious Cala D'or Yacht Club.
With air conditioning and comfortably furnished, it is equipped with WiFi, a music system, and table tennis on the terrace; perfect for keeping the whole family entertained. The main bedroom has a spacious balcony where you can put your feet up and contemplate the treetops and the local area, and on the ground floor the patio doors in almost all rooms open to the sun-drenched pool terrace, with pool, lawn, barbecue and plenty of furniture.
Ca na Magdalena is conveniently located next to Villa Baltasar, making it ideal for groups of families and friends who wish to enjoy their holidays together.

This is a fabulous villa, which is even nicer in real life. There are extensive gardens and a patio area with pergola and a great pool. We also enjoyed the upstairs outside terrace. The open plan layout is really spacious downstairs with a fabulous master bedroom and en suite.
The villa is just a short walk to the fabulous marina via a short cut at the back of the yacht club on the road at the back of the villa.
The owners were fantastic but the agent in Mallorca could have been more helpful prior to check-in. If your flight is earlier than the checkin time then ask to leave your cases in the villa - we were initially told this wasn't possible but after we'd put our cases in expensive storage, the agent emailed us to say we could leave them at the villa.
We would definitely stay here again.
