Semi-detached four-bedroom villa with private pool for rent in Cala D'Or, Mallorca. The villa is just a short walk from Cala D'Or Marina with its excellent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and a small supermarket. The center of Cala D'Or, with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, is 1.2 km away. Villa Cala Dia is a semi-detached house.
The holiday home is spread over three floors. A few steps lead to the entrance of the villa on the ground floor (middle level). On this level, there is an open-plan dining room with access to the terrace. The kitchen and laundry room are accessible from the dining room. There is also a guest toilet. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has access to two terraces. On the lower floor, there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, as well as two twin bedrooms that share a separate bathroom with a bathtub. These bedrooms have access to the pool terrace.
A beautiful pool with an L-shaped terrace, sun loungers, and a built-in barbecue are also available. The terrace on the middle floor is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining with views of the nearby marina.
Air conditioning is available in the living area and bedrooms with set and limited usage times.
The legally mandated eco-tax is not included in the accommodation price.
