Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend. Es ist alles schnellstens zu Fuß zu erreichen. Egal ob in den Hafen, zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder das Stadt-Zentrum. Vom oberen Balkon hat man einen schönen Ausblick.
Die Klimaanlage ist über einen Bewegungsmelder geschaltet. Gerade im August ist dieses nicht wirklich vom Vorteil aber kein Grund diese Finca nicht zu mieten.

Zwembad gelegen in de zon. Veranda is overdekt waardoor je in de schaduw kan zitten. Slaapkamers zijn prima. 1 slaapkamer moet je betreden buitenom. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je je eigen optrekje hebt. Erg schoon en om de paar dagen schone handdoeken. Wasmachine aanwezig. Wij zijn erg tevreden.
Muffe geur in villa. Op laatste avond zijn er goederen uit koffers verdwenen die net waren ingepakt.
