Location and price of the hotel is really affordable. Nice place to stay. I really like the design of the room, makes the room specious and comfort. I really encourage travelers to try it.
It could be better if the hotel has their own cafeteria.

Just the location
We stayed at the terrace suite. Jacuzi was dirty, lots of leaves and the floor is very dirty and dusty, by the time we arrived there we even asked the staff to clean it again.
Our bed on 2nd floor, when we go upstair we could feel how dirty the floor is...too dusty.
Plus mosquitos!. I borrowed baygon from the reception to spray the room.
