de Braga, ARTOTEL Curated

Location was so strategic and convenient for my family and I as its located at the start of popular Braga Street. Room was cozy and comfortable for my family, especially with the ajoining door eliminating the hassle of exiting the room to get to a family member's room. Breakfast buffet was such a spread! Offered and satisfied that authentic indonesian cuisine experience and more. Check-in, check-out and all other process/service with the staffs was smooth and seamless. Many many thanks to all who assisted me with my parcel mishap/delayed arrival, missing my family's check-out time. Staffs went above and beyond trying to find the best and fastest way to get my delayed parcel from Bandung to Jakarta in a day while keeping me updated about ongoing processes and options. Forever grateful for the dedication and extra mile they went through to assist me. Thank you very much!

The indoor smoking during breakfast buffet by fellow guests, quite inappropriate for individuals/families with young children/infants such as myself.

Location was superb

Love the breakfast spread and the hotel is right in the centre of Bagra.

The hotel is located right in front of the famous Braga Street, surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and popular tourist attractions, definitely an excellent and convenient location. However, the hotel itself is fairly average, with nothing particularly remarkable. Like many hotels in Indonesia, there was a noticeable septic or drainage smell coming from the bathroom, likely due to plumbing issues. That said, the staff were exceptional very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.

The toilet had an unpleasant odor and the shower area experienced water stagnation during use.
