Beautiful fully renovated 2-bedroom apartment is located in a townhouse complex called BAJAMAR, just a 5-minute walk from the well-known Burriana Beach and only 10 minutes from the center of Nerja. The complex features a communal pool opened all year round.
On the first floor, you will find the bedrooms and the main bathroom equipped with a shower. The master bedroom consists of a 160cm bed and features a small balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two single beds, with the window overlooking the quiet streets of the complex. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a large window that gives a lot of brightness and provides direct access to the pool. It is equipped with a SMART TV with access to international channels. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. On the ground floor there is also a cloakroom equipped with a WC and sink.
The apartment offers free WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms, providing coolness in summer and heating in winter.
