The 2 homes separated by 90ft by 60ft outdoor gathering area with Pavillion seating for around 20+ people, deck seating for another 15+ people and Front patio from back home that can seat additional 14+. Front Home: Beautifully decorated historic home with 3 queen bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with tub. Front covered porch provides seating to enjoy this magnificent area. Smart TVs in all bedrooms along with ceiling fans and USB Ports for charging. Living Room comes with 3 chairs, bench seating and a queen sofa bed. Also, has enough room for a provided queen air mattress should you need it. Fully stocked kitchen with all you will need to make a meal. Full dining room with seating for 6. Laundry room is located in the basement. All bedrooms and Bathroom are located upstairs. This is a historic home so please watch your head going up stairs and be careful walking up the winding stairs. Exit the back door to a large covered deck that provides seating for about 15 guests.
Back Home: The back home has a furnished patio with a tall bar seating area and an additional seating area on the patio. Home has a deck that wraps around the right side to the backyard area with grass and privacy. You will enter into the open living room with chairs and queen sofa bed, large smart TV and a dining or office area. Connects to the fully stocked kitchen with bar seating. There is also a backdoor accessed from the kitchen to the wrap around deck. Full bath with tub, laundry room and Master suite with a king bed set all on main level. Master suite also come with a mounted Smart TV, Large closet, ceiling fan, beautiful artwork and black out curtains. Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom that offers 2 additional queen bed sets, large walk in closet, long dresser, mounted Smart TV and enough room to add an additional queen air mattress we provide. We had a mother/daughter birthday weekend and it worked out perfect. The āmomsā all stayed in one house and the daughters stayed in the other house. We really enjoyed our stay!

for us older folks it was like going back home again. Historic Main Street was within walking distance for the fit due to hilly streets, and some nightly events to keep the young people entertained. There is a large covered porch on the back of the main house that we loved gathering under. There were also quiet seating for those that had to bring their work laptops with them . There is only one bathroom in the main house which has to be considered in the planning. But it is big enough for a couple at a time and taking turns. We all loved the place and felt it was a perfect setting. We brought activities for the children to keep them busy and there is not any lawn for those type of activies
