About this apartment rental
Historic loft centrally located along the St. Charles riverfront, on the north end of Main Street and just south of Frenchtown. Enjoy Frontier Park, shops, restaurants, and night scene - all within walking distance.
The newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom apartment can easily accommodate groups of six. The completely updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. Convenient in-house washer and dryer available for extended stays
Note to guest:
1) No visitors allowed unless discussed with owner.
2) $15 extra guest fee after 4 guests
3) Air conditioner minimum temperature is 72 Fahrenheit. All units have new air conditioners. But the red brick walls have no insulation and during the hot weather if the air conditioner is pushed too hard, it will create blocks of ice inside it then quit working until the ice melts. This problem only happens if temperatures are set below 70 F, so we limit it to 72 F.
4) We are above a coffee shop, so there is potential for noise.

Girlfriend weekend away perfect location. Everything was directly out our door. We walked we shopped we ate at all the amazing restaurants on Main Street. Rejuvenation to the soul. Extra special for the additional things provided like the Keurig pot with Keurig, coffee and sugar and a tea box just very thoughtful.We already have the same loft booked for the festival of the Little Hills this weekend and we’re really looking forward to it

Great location! Coffee shop downstairs is excellent, but can be loud until 10ish (pm) but didn’t bother us. Beds comfy. TV service didn’t work or more likely, I couldn’t figure it out but we DID have internet. Host was easy to communicate with. Laundry in the unit was very nice to have. Enjoyed our stay!

This location was great on Main Street. The AC was a problem though. It was 78 degrees when we arrived Friday & didn’t go down to 72 until we left Sunday. The host came to look but kind said it’s old, sorry. Understandably it’s a historic building but with the temperature outside over 100 it was miserable. The upstairs bed was very squeaky. Luckily we didn’t need it but if you’re at 6 ppl max..that’s tough it’ll keep everyone awake if you move in the slightest. There was a “water boil order” that was enacted Thursday & host didn’t inform us which isn’t right since we drank water Friday from the Tap. While order isn’t host fault not telling us is. The loft was Very clean & host were communicative but would’ve liked the system turned on for us well in advance to avoid 2 days of a hot apartment. Overall okay, if AC was working properly I’d consider rebooking.
