Matt is a great communicator and is very quick to respond. The house was in a great location for entertainment, walking around the old downtown area, and more. The only thing that I would suggest, but definitely not a deal breaker, maybe a table and chairs in the open spot in the basement.

Host is great, responded quickly to messages, very pleasant. Amenities were perfect bedrooms great. Plenty of towels, etc.

The house is in a quiet and nice neighborhood close to all things St. Charles. He house has everything you would need, it’s very clean and comfortable.
