Just 3 blocks from Historic Main Street, this freshly updated 4-bedroom home sleeps 10 with three king beds and a full-over-full bunk. Enjoy a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, & cozy living room. *We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.
PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

The house had a great amount of space to accommodate our family of 4 adults and two children two years and under. It also had a nice fenced in back yard for kids to play and close to downtown coffee shops and riverfront park.

Took my wife, four children, and granddaughter to the St. Louis/St. Charles area (Some for the 1st time) to see family. The property location was awesome, great access to where we needed and wanted to go. If you're going to staying in St. Charles, this location is walking distance from Historic Main Street.

THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND WE LIKED HAVING KING SIZE BEDS IN 3 OF THE BEDROOMS. EASY TO GET TO, SEEMED LIKE A QUIET AREA, WHICH HAD OFF STREET PARKING FOR OUR VEHICLES
