Main Street Apartment For up to 8 guests!

This was a perfect location for our girl’s trip! We were able to conveniently access so many bars and restaurants!

Great location! Very good communication. A beautiful property. Full kitchen, which I didn’t end up using. The A/Cs worked find between the main unit and the window units. Indoor furniture was comfortable. The beds were find. Navigating the spiral steps to the bedrooms was fine once I got the hang of it. I had some family and friends visit and they loved the place and its location, too. I liked sitting out on the spacious deck in the morning and late evening after sunset.

Noted by others about the gym noise. I didn’t hear it except at 7am in the morning and sometimes in the evening. But it didn’t bother me much and knowing about it, then it was fine. So no real nit there. I would have liked the deck furniture to be updated. It is a bit worn and for visitors could be replaced to be a nicer experience.

The historical charm of the property and the location are great for visiting St Charles!

Overall the property was very clean -- except for the dirt under the downstairs furniture. For a $190 cleaning fee it would be nice to have clean floors. The living room furniture has a "classy" look but the inexpensive quality takes away from the comfort. The two showers upstairs do not drain well. When the gym downstairs is in use the "dropping" of weights shake the walls & floors of the whole building. The patio sectional is dilapidated and the rotten deck is a safety hazard. When messaging with the host regarding a possible date change their responses were generic and callous. It feels that the owner/host care more about profit than the satisfaction of their guests.
