Great location in town with short block walk to shops, restaurants and breweries. Views from townhouse and rooftop deck are great. Modern and clean interior with high ceilings. Property Manager was very helpful.Trains run close to the unit so expect some noise, day and night. Getting into the garage is very tight. We did get 2 car in for unloading but typically only had one in the garage and the other parked free on the street about a block down the street. Putting trash on the curb (from the garage and up around the building) could have been a pain but the Property Manager took care of this for us. Rooftop deck is very nice with sink and grill available.

property was as described. view of the river/gorge. great spot for walking to downtown hood river/shopping, etc. property was spacious with plenty of space for our extended family of 6. kitchen was adequately stocked, had the basics for cooking/baking. beds were comfortable. had an issue with the heat while we were there, the property manager was responsive & sent someone over to assess the next day, but it did take an additional day to get space heaters. overall had a great staywould recommend to others & would stay again at this property

Everything was awesome and beautiful. The garage was a pain to get in and out of, would have loved a parking pass. We needed more towels. And my biggest problem is there’s no AC in the bedrooms. It would get sooo hot and I was in the room where you couldn’t open the window. I’m also not a fan of chores, I specifically chose vrbo bc they’re least likely to make you do chores but we had to do them anyway.

Had a wonderful stay. Like the other reviews have mentioned, parking was a little tricky, but since we walked everywhere, it really didn't matter to us. Location is central to everything, you can walk to the river and around town--no problem. There are a lot of stairs in the unit, it didn't bother us, just something to be aware of. I was looking for a place that would be convenient to downtown so car could stay parked. We found it. The home was very clean and rooftop patio is awesome. The home is very industrial in style. Had very nice kitchen appliances. Bathrooms were nice with heated floor in main bedroom. Would not recommend this home for little one or someone that has trouble walking mainly because of all the stairs. You have to do a lot of stairs to get to anything. Only other issue is parking. Hood River charges for street parking. The garage to get in and out of is a 2 out of 10. Need a very small car and be able to back up a long distance and around a corner easily. We also had a hard time getting warm in the house.

Check in was great and townhome was beautiful! It’s walking distance to waterfront park and many stores, breweries and restaurants. Not much closet space or drawers for the smaller bedrooms and 2nd bathroom is small. Master suite area was plenty big with lots of storage in room and bathroom. There is a hot water /tea maker and espresso coffee maker. Wasn’t able to find the appropriate capsules in town for coffee maker. Ice maker wasn’t working and wasn’t able to get fixed during our stay. As mentioned in other posts the train is definitely loud if you’re in the master suite and garage is difficult to maneuver. Overall a great place for 4-5 people.

This spot was great for our weekend trip to hood river ! We brought our 9 month old which was a little difficult in terms of baby proofing with all the flights of stairs and concrete floors, but otherwise we had a great stay. This place was right in town and had plenty of space for 4 adults and a baby! We could have had another person or 2 stay with us too if needed. It was right by the highway and train tracks but you couldn’t hear anything with the windows closed. The parking was a little interesting to maneuver with bikes on our rack but we figured it out and had plenty of room for gear in the garage. It was so nice to be walking distance to downtown and the waterfront and only 10 min from the bike trails. We would definitely stay here again!

This townhome was amazing. Beautiful concrete walls and lots of style. It was an absolutely perfect setting and home base for me during my wedding weekend in Hood River. The primary suite downstairs was lovely and I felt like a queen! Thank you Amy for a fantastic stay. Also, the rooftop was incredible! Sitting there with a glass of champagne was such a nice relaxing way to kick off my wedding day.

This condo was really nice and in an excellent location. Close to downtown and a short walk to riverfront. Like other posts have mentioned, there is a bit of noise due to construction next door and the train, but we were outside most of the time so didn't really notice that much. The garage is difficult to get in/out of, but as long as you took it slow, you were fine.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was beautiful, spacious and located in a very convenient area to walk to everything in Hood River. The only negative is the construction going on next door through a shared wall. It started every morning at 7am with saws, music and pounding. Would stay again as long as the construction is done.

Would have loved a patio heater or propane fire pit to enjoy the rooftop during winter. There are LOTS of stairs as this is a 4 level unit, so just be aware of that. The garage provides tons of space for outdoor recreation equipment. We would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay at this townhouse! We were within easy walking distance of so many good restaurants and breweries but ended up spending a lot of our time hanging out on the rooftop patio. Would definitely stay here again. As others noted, the townhouse is very close to the train tracks, so earplugs are recommended for sleeping.

The loft itself is spacious, well-appointed, and the check-in/out process was easy. The best part was the close walking distance to everything Hood River has to offer. But major details are omitted from this listing, including the fact that the property is on a very active train track. This trip was a highly anticipated much needed getaway for us (two friends traveling long ways for mountain adventure, and leaving our young children behind). Sleep is the luxury we pay for these days, so being up every night listening to trains was painful. Especially for this price. Ultimately neither of us slept in the master bedroom for this reason, opting for the small guest room and murphy bed in the office (both located in the rear of the house away from the tracks).

Excellent management. Great access to downtown. Train tracks 15 yards from property, somewhat as expected. Trains roll by about one every two hours. Interstate 100 yards, not expected. No curtains to keep lights of traffic and businesses out of master bedroom. Garage, for my RAV4 sized car, required one jockey to enter, two to get out. Backup camera almost a necessity. Livingroom is set up to seat three, comfortably. (Chair plus three seat couch.) Bring you own sugar, salt, and hot pads. Roof patio is the best place. Weather permitting. Unless standing in the kitchen, or on the roof, primary view is of train tracks and interstate highway with its nearby businesses.

Beautiful and ultra modern place. Great kitchen equipment, but consumables (including shampoo) are bare. Great location too. Owner was very communicative and pleasant. Checkout process took some time. Be prepared for odd parking situation. Took me about 5 minutes every time with a mid size suv. Don’t bring a suv to park in garage. Pack earplugs (train at all hours of the day) and construction next door during weekdays. And pack socks. Floors are cold. Pull the shades down in master bed at night otherwise you’ll get a disco every time cops pull someone over at the ramp.

We originally booked a different property, but the property manager contacted us letting us know that there was construction on the property next door and gave us an option for another property to avoid the noise. Everything was great, loved the location and the place with a nice view and a modern layout. Would highly recommend!

The space is very nice-very modern. The accommodations were everything that we enjoy at home with a few exceptions. The apartment is located immediately next to a very active railroad track that runs day and night. As the train passes it can be heard throughout the apartment. I don’t recall the description letting guest know that. Also, there was construction to property adjacently attached to the unit in which we heard workers and their music blasting at about 730am each day. It appears that our unit shared a common wall. While we had access to a garage, it was extremely difficult to get in it. We rented a 4Runner and we’re unable to park it in the garage… we tried but trying to navigate it into the garage as well as exiting the garage was a significant issue because the road to and from the garage was more fit to accommodate a Mini Cooper. I had a friend who stayed in one of the other units and they were given a street parking pass. I wish we had this option because we were forced to park on the street. There is only metered parking or permitted parking. Unfortunately we got a ticket. Notwithstanding those issues the property is nicely located in Downtown hood river and just a throws stone away from the river

Loved our stay here in Hood River and this home was wonderful. The host was easy to communicate with. Everything was clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer! Very easy walk to center of town and great food places! Only things to be aware of is there is a train close by for those who are lighter sleepers and the garage was a bit tricky to get into and out of.

I will start with the good things first. Love that it was close to downtown and you can walk everywhere. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Things not so good - if you are a light sleeper, you do not want to stay here. It’s literally right next to train tracks with trains going by every few hours. Construction was happening next door so I woke up to that as well…..Whoever stayed there before us brought in a bunch of fruit flies so we spent the majority of the time trying to kill them. Be advised there is no cable, had to stream football games. No soap or shampoo was provided. Most places have this. Can’t say that I will stay here again but overall it was a nice place.

This townhouse was beautiful. The one thing I wasn’t aware of was that the train tracks were right behind the unit. However, while trains did go by frequency it wasn’t an issue or loud inside. Getting into the garage wasn’t easy because of the driveway but the garage itself was spacious. It is in a perfect location, close to everything in town. Would definitely stay there again.

Parking was a concern as the driveway to the garage is narrow making getting a larger vehicle into the garage difficult. Condo is right next to the railroad tracks, but noise was not to bad.
