Beautiful detached house built in 2010 of 140 m2 on one level on a plot of 500 M2 closed. quiet street. House at the end of an alley, set back. Close to all shops (bakery, tobacco press, pizzeria, pharmacy, supermarket). You can do everything on foot, beach 700 meters, market and shops 300 m. Village of St Denis d'Oléron
Throughout the year, reservations are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday, which is a minimum of 7 days.
The house includes:
A large room. (62 m2)
- with living room, equipped with 2 fabric sofas, a leather armchair with coffee table, small Hi-Fi system, television box internet free wifi.
- A fully equipped modern open kitchen: dishwasher, fridge freezer, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, 5 burner gas, extractor hood, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric mixer, electric cooker, seafood platter, saladiers etc., fondue service, table vacuum cleaner, cordless stick vacuum cleaner and a sled vacuum cleaner, dishes and cutlery.
- A dining room equipped with a 2m * 1m wooden table, 6 chairs and a partition cabinet with the kitchen in which part of the dishes and cutlery are located,
The night part:
With a corridor to access the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
- Two bedrooms each with a bed of 160*200, and a room with a sofa bed Rapido system of 160*200 and a bed of 90*190. All the beddings are recent and of quality.
- An independent bathroom with a walk-in shower (2m * 1m), a bathtub and a furniture of 2 basins, hairdryer.
- A separate toilet
- A second independent summer bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a vanity unit, a cabinet with washing machine.
Side laundry, water softener, ironing board and iron available. Cot and baby chair available on request.
Outside:
- A wooden terrace in front of the window bay of the dining room extending to the above-ground pool of 6m x 3.5m x 1.20m.
- An aluminum garden table, and eight aluminum garden chairs, on the terrace with a large umbrella of 3mx3m.
- A small parasol, and four deckchairs sunbathing for the terrace near the pool.
- A barbecue on gas wheels CAMPIG GAS (a full gas cylinder is provided), (Do not put on the wooden terrace)

The rental price includes: local taxes
- bedding: fitted sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows, pillow cases, (just out of the dry cleaner to ensure good sanitary conditions).
- bedding changes, before and after the tenants stay (all beds are prepared before the tenants' arrival),
- the towels for each of the tenants: a large bath towel, a hand towel.
- the kitchen towels,
- the basic products (toilet paper, paper towel, liquid soap, dish soap, washing-up tablets, rinse aid (no salt for the dishwasher because the house is equipped with a softener), liquid detergent and liquid softener for the washing machine),
The rate does not include end-of-stay cleaning, The concierge will be present at your arrival for the presentation of the house. The cleaning will be taken care of by the concierge upon your departure for an amount of 125 euros, to be specified upon arrival.

We recognize that the tenant uses the bike at their own risk. Accordingly, we disclaim any liability for damages, injuries or accidents that may occur during the use of the bicycle.
The borrower undertakes to use the bicycle responsibly and to comply with all applicable safety regulations. Cycling requires the driver to comply with the Highway Code. In order to ensure everyone’s safety, cyclists must follow certain rules, whether in the city or outside and day and night.
Even if insurance is not mandatory for cyclists, it is strongly recommended to be covered, especially with civil liability insurance. In case of a responsible accident with a third party, this insurance will cover the damages.
You have anti-theft devices, helmets and repair kits with inner tubes. Take all necessary measures to verify the proper functioning of the bike and return the bike in its condition.
4 bikes: 1 women’s VTC, 3 men’s MTB and teenager.

IMPORTANT: Guarantee conditions - deposit
1- Check deposit of €1500 upon arrival which will be returned to you upon your departure after the inspection visit. The deposit of €125 will also be returned if cleaning is carried out
2 - You will also be asked for a holiday certificate for the duration of your stay from your insurance.

The house is perfect for a family up to 4 children with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 big bathrooms and giant living room.Special mention for the kitchen: so well equipped with tons of ustensils and tableware - we loved cooking after shopping at the everyday village marketThe house was spotless when we moved in

Une belle maison, très agréable même en période de canicule. Proche du centre de Saint-Denis et son marché et sa plage. Tout peut se vivre sans voiture. Merci pour les vélos, c’etait pas prévu et ça fait vraiment plaisir. La cuisine est une perfection du genre. La terrasse et son gigantesque parasol permettent des repas en extérieur sans sans se soucier du soleil. Merci aussi à l’entreprise de conciergerie, très accommodante, et au propriétaire qui répond rapidement par messagerie.
